Sunrise Family Therapy [SFT] LLC, is a paper-less established multidiscipline group practice that operates throughout the state via telehealth with offices located in Puyallup, Washington.
We offer an all-inclusive opportunity for associate-level clinicians seeking the opportunity to establish an independent practice-1099 without having to invest time and money in building up a practice.
We are seeking clinicians dedicated to providing relevant therapeutic interventions, and treatments that cultivate restoration and healing. Candidates must have demonstrated experience joining with, and supporting a cross-section of clients as they navigate the complexities of life transitions, grief & loss, trauma, depression/ anxiety, substance abuse/misuse, and relational discord.
Clinician schedules are flexible, qualified applicants will gradually build up to and maintain a minimum caseload that consists of at least 20 direct client hours per week. As 1099 clinicians, you determine your own schedule meeting with clients in-office and/or virtually.
We offer competitive pay & benefits with compensation based on: if you are an approved clinical supervisor, see your client's in-office or virtual, your level of licensing, experience, and willingness to attain additional training. We do request a minimum 2- year commitment to our practice.
Furthermore, we cover all onboarding costs and offer administrative pay for team meetings, and skills training. We also offer reimbursement for other approved specialized training like EMDR, ASSECT Sex Therapy etc...)

Required Qualifications and Skills
Active license as a mental health clinician (Must possess a current unencumbered license in good standing or willing to get one. Doctorate (encouraged), Masters's level (e.g., LMHCA, LMFT, LSWAIC, etc.) Ability to commit to providing therapy on a flexible basis (Mon-Sun) Patience with clients and team members while on our journey.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR, and excellent oral and written communication skills Reliable Internet and Comfortable with telehealth practices Use of Evidence-Based Therapy Models such as: CBT, DBT, EFT, PCIT, TF-CBT, etc.
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication. The position requires flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self-sufficiency.
Adherence to all state laws that govern mental health professionals.
